Review | L’oreal Paris Infallible 24H Foundation

So I think I have found my holy grail foundation!

Now I know this is a big statement to make, but I think I love this foundation. I know a lot of people purchased the infallible matte foundation a while back but after being on a spending ban and when i saw this on offer I thought I would try it out especially because matte foundation doesn’t really work with my skin. The infallible matte foundation also comes in a tube, but don’t ask my why, but I like my foundation in a bottle.

I got mine in Porcelain 015. It is definitely full coverage! and is lightweight for me which is great! It says on the bottle that it fights make-up meltdown and as someone who’s make-up is always coming off this really attracted me and so far its living up to it!

When first using this I was using 2 pumps on the Real Techniques buffing brush, which honestly, was way too much, one pump gives plenty of coverage and looks natural!

I found this in my local Tesco for £6.99 on offer (RRP £9.99) so quite a bargain! I combine this with the Rimmel Lasting Finish concealer to give me a completely flawless finish!

I am completely impressed with this foundation, I would happily buy it full price and will definitely re-purchase.

Have you used this foundation before? What were your thoughts?

  1. I think I’m going to pick this up for the winter months , I usually wear the infallible matte foundation , but I find going into the winter months my skin can get a little dry I heard this one is a little more dewy? loved the post would love it if you checked out my latest post xxx

  2. I usually wear True Match from Loreal but I’m not really feeling it anymore and was looking for something a little higher coverage; this one sounds perfect! It’s always nice to hear about a foundation that is fuller coverage but feels lightweight, so hard to come by!

  3. I planned on doing a first impression of this foundation but I got I’ll so everything’s been held back. I’m not going to lie though.. Even if I’ve only tried this out once I AM IN LOVE! I have to go and exchange my colour though as I thought 120 was the lightest but then I realised that they have a porcelain. The 120 was a little orange but I love the formula! Great review love xoxo
