So I know it’s a little late but better late than never right?! So today I bring you my March favourites.
So my first favourite is the Real Technique Bold Metal 103 Angled Powder Brush
This brush is an exclusive to the set that came out at christmas but I do believe you can still get the set at Boots. It does say its suppose to be a powder brush but when do we ever use brushes for what their purpose is suppose to be? I use this as a bronzer brush. Some of you may be like huh? Bronzer?! But honestly it gives my cheeks, temples and forehead such a brilliant brown glow because it is so big I find that works better for me because I’m not into contouring etc.
So next is my MAC studio fix fluid foundation in NW13
This is the second studio fix foundation I’ve had. The first one I bought from America and was too dark for me and it took me nearly a year to go to MAC and get colour matched properly. I absolutely love this foundation! a lot of people I think don’t like it because it does turn dark once oxidized. But the coverage is amazing, it is so easy to blend and a little does go a long way. Until I find a better, cheaper alternative, this will be my go to foundation!
The next product I have been loving is a highlighter. One I wanted to get my hands on for so long!! Since my 21st birthday to be exact! (Last June) and the product is the MAC Lightscapade highlighter!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE! this highlighter.
It is a a white highlighter so pale skin girls who don’t like the gold highlighters, I would give this a go! As you can see from the swatch it is pale but gives an immense highlight! Like I said I had wanted this since my 21st birthday and was lucky enough at christmas to get it! and have used it almost everyday since! I do have a ton of highlighters but this will always by my No1.
My next favourite is a sample size Too Faced cosmetics Better Than Sex Mascara.
Now if you love big, black, thick eyelashes this mascara is for you! I tend to use this mascara as a second coat top-up after my models own mascara. I use models own to get the shape and length I want then better than sex to add volume!
My last favourite is the Collection concealer in Fair 1
Now I think every girl and their grandmother uses/ used this concealer at some point! It is like the holy grail and is so cheap! It gives great coverage and is a great concealer for the under eye area as well as covering spots! I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting in makeup or has been doing it forever!
