Well hello internet! long time no see!
Since not blogging properly for a few months and after being invited to the lush christmas blogger event, it was about time I got back on!
So as mentioned above and from the title I was recently invited to the Lush christmas blogger event. I went to the Spring event back earlier this year and I must say it was one of the best events I have been too! (not that I’ve been to many! haha!)
So beforehand as per, I met up with the gorgeous Holly (http://www.thekittyluxe.com) and Mel (http://meleaglestone.co.uk) for a Starbs! (as you do!) then headed over to Lush where we were greeted by all the lovely staff and some very nice tasting drinks and treats (as always!)
The first products we looked at just had to be the christmas gift sets!
Just, how gorgeous are they?!
While browsing the gift section we were shown a shower jelly especially for the festive season!
Yes! its only Santa’s belly!!
I personally have never tried a shower jelly but this one is definitely festive.
We then headed upstairs!
With the bath bombs being surrounded downstairs we managed to get a glimpse at a few upstairs! The classic snow fairy. I never liked this scent over recent years but I think as I’ve grown older I’ve grown to like it! With mistletoe, penguin reindeer rock, luxury lush pud and golden wonder.
My favourite from this selection has to be the cute little penguin!
Like, come on guys! how cute is he!
So the christmas penguin is a gorgeous citrus bubble bar. Filled with lemon and mandarin this little guy is number 1 on my purchase list!
After being shown some of the lip products & amazing highlighters! (I didn’t manage to take any photos of these! sad times!) we headed back downstairs to have a look at all the new bath bombs!
As well as christmas Lush recently launched their halloween/autumn range which Lorna & Jade were kind enough to show us a handful of them!
The first one being autumn leaf!
Next the gorgeous Lorna passed around Monster Ball bath bomb.
This is another one with a citrus scent. This time full of lime!
I love the blue and pink mixed together after monster ball has been put in the water!
The beautiful girls then showed us the reusable bubble bars!
With some classics such as snow fairy and some new as Santasaurus and jester.
All in all it was another great event with so many new launches! and beautiful products. And as always such a lovely goodie bag full of new treats to try out!
In mine I was gifted the sparkly pumpkin, sugar plum lip scrub and bubbly shower gel, with my gorgeous sister getting me my favourite bath bomb dragons egg!
Well I hope you enjoyed my first post back to blogging!
Have you tried any of the new products? What are your favourites?
